INGOT PACKAGING MACHINE
T-Pack™ is the first machine in the world specifically dedicated to ingot packaging. It can be easily integrated to any production line and offers customizable wrapping solutions.
This packaging machine seals precious metals ingots - as well as objects of different materials - with a heat shrink film.
It includes two modules: the first one is a tunnel, where ingots are transported on a conveyor belt between two layers of transparent film. By moving forward, the ingot is perfectly packed and sealed. In the heat shrink tunnel, the film completely adheres to the product. Packaged ingots are then collected manually by an operator.
The T-Pack™ can be further automated, by integrating a SCARA robot which can handle specific tasks, such as handling the printed material and placing the quality certificate under the ingot, before the latter is sealed.
